Made from grapes sourced from 3 vineyards in the Yarra Valley gives a range of flavours and good acidity to this wine. Honey dew melon and passionfruit on the nose and palate lead to a crisp lime zest finish. Palate weight and complexity are enhanced by the use of barrel fermentation and partial malo-lactic fermentation.
Blending with 3% of aged reserve wines also contributes to the drinkability of this wine.
