2009 Bianchet Pinot Noir Rose
Sourced from the Bairnsdale region, the fruit for this wine was allowed to soak for two days before being lightly pressed and fermented to dryness. The resulting wine is a delicately coloured rose with strawberry aromas and flavours with a clean crisp finish that would compliment any lunch menu.

2010 Bianchet Pinot Noir
The fruit for our 2010 Pinot Noir was grown from the vineyard on our Lilydale estate. With subtle aromas of cherry and dark plum, this delicious Pinot boasts a hint of earthy spices. The soft tannins compliment the smooth finish which makes it an enjoyable wine to drink now or in years to come.

2010 Bianchet Shiraz
Spice and dark fruit cake characters feature on the nose and palate of this wine. Good fruit weight and length has been supported by toasty oak flavours from one year in 50% new French oak barriques. Definitely a keeper, although this wine has great drinkability now.

2010 Bianchet Merlot Cabernet Franc
The 2010 Cabernet was made from Estate grown fruit, predominantly Merlo (65%) with a small percentage of Cabernet Franc (35%). The wine shows deep ruby colour with rich berry fruit. Subtle oak influence from 12 months ageing in French barriques gives a long lingering finish.
